Quebec 6500 cap reached TODAY

Hi, unfortunately immigration for Quebec is now closed until march 2015 when we will have news about new procedures, the 6500 caps were reached today. The same goes for entrepeneurs and self employers

Hi. Is there any way of knowing if the application I submitted was included in the 6,500 cap?
I called Montreal yesterday and they verified that they have received my documents last June 2014.
Though, I haven't received an acknowledgement letter yet.
I would like to know if the 6,500 they are referring to is the applications they received, or reviewed already?
