My wife is in Türkiye, I would like to sponsor her. I currently live in Quebec. The processing time in Quebec is about 35 months, I’m considering to apply from Ontario.
Can I just change my address to an Ontario address and expect the process will begin? Or do I have to change my driving license and health card and physically move? Please share your advice.
