Qubec to FSW (Express Entry)

Friends,

I applied for Qubec last year Jan 2014. Till now I haven't heard any response from them except acknowledgment of receipt.

As per their website, 43 months is the average time line for receiving CSQ which is quite a lot.

I am planning to file express entry. Can I do that ? as I have intention to go Qubec but because of high processing time I want to withdraw.

Please advise.

You can apply under EE. The system will prompt you with questions on your previous/currently active immigration applications, answer them truthfully.
