Hello everyone

According to the 'grille synthèse' for Québec immigration, I am eligible to apply :D [ I dispose of more than 2 years of experience; have a good level in French (C1 - C2) and English (C2); currently carrying out Masters degree in France in engineering, the internship of will be taken into consideration( I hope! ) ]. However the problem is 'processing time' which for my country is 37 months ( 3 years !!!!!) and that for the first of three steps :(. Don't wanna wait that long. I would have chosen express 'entry instead' but I don't think it's a sure and straighforward process like that of Québec.
What do you suggest that I do? Or can I apply to both the express entry and Québec?

+ pour ceux qui ont déjà passé un test de français: lequel suggérez-vous (DELF ou TEF) ?

Thanks in advance

You can apply for Quebec and Express Entry simultaneously.

Only TEF is accepted for Express Entry, so if you want to apply to both EE and QSW, take the TEF.
If you get your ECA with a masters degree, plus good English + French levels, and at least 1 year of work experience, you have a very good chance in Express Entry.
Alternatively, you can also qualify for the French Speaking Stream of Ontario PNP.
