Hi I need help with quarantine plan for my mother. Can somebody send me the sample quarantine plan please

She needs her own quarantine plan that lines up with her personal situation. Where she will be staying, who she will be staying with, how she will get groceries delivered, how she is getting to the place of quarantine from the airport, contact info.

I don't see have a sample will help you. I can give you my husband's plan.
He was to come home to where we live, and stay in the seperated basement suite (own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and laundary). I, his wife, will be providing food for him at the entrance to the basement.
There will not be any contact between us in person. He provide them with his cell phone number for contact.

There is no template to follow. You need to just provide the information about how she will be quarantining with either the whole family staying home for 14 days, she remaining in the home with no contact with your family for 14 days (basement is the best solution) or staying at a separate location for 14 days.
