Quarantine plan for fully vaccinated immediate family

Hey! I am planning to have my immediate family coming to Canada, as I am trying to prep all the docs for them I have a question about Quarantine plan. For the majority of it I can see you put it into ArriveCan app, but do you guys know if you need to have a separate doc (for example printed sheets) with the quarantine plan?
The immigration site says you need to have quarantine plan in case you are denied quarantine exemption, but it does not specify if ArriveCan app is enough.

Would either have a plan to quarantine in a basement if you have one with a bathroom or plan on rentimg an airbnb if thet get denied. Both would be considered alternate plans that could come together the same day.

My mother wants to travel from Pakistan and visit me. She has a visitor visa. I am here in Canada on PR with my family. Can she enter in Canada with full vaccination.

Yes as long as she has one of the approved vaccines in Canada and can also prove that her daughter is a PR and she is her daughter.
