I am just wondering if there is an official list anywhere of the qualifying educational institutions in Quebec for applying for an international student visa?
The school I am interested in is brand new and won't even have it's first class until January. Does the list of qualified schools generally stay the same(only listing the big ones) or does it include just about every school in Quebec and is updated regularly? It would be great to know which schools qualify before applying to a school that doesn't qualify.
