Qualified experience - interim

Hello everyone, I was wodering if anyone of you has been in this situation already: obtained a full year of qualified work experience , full-time, for a company that did not pay me directly because an iterim agency was in charge of this instead.

If yes, and if it is allowed, who writes the record of employment? The compay or the interim agency?
