qualification for the fedral skilled worker category

Hi,
I want to apply for my PR under the FSW category. I have done my master's from india and have 3.5 years experience as a university lecturer which qualifies me to apply under this category. But my educational equivalent in canada according to WES is bachelor's degree (4 yrs). I checked the employment requirement for a lecturer under NOC is atleast a Masters degree. Do I still qualify to apply? (I satisfy the point requirement even with a bachelor's degree).

AND SPOUSE INFORMATION =SECONDARY SCHOOL FROM (INDIA)
1 YEAR DIPLOMA IN AUTOMOTIVE (AUSTRALIA)
1 YEAR DIPLOMA IN MANAGMENT ( AUSTRALIA)

ADAPTABILITY= HAVE UNCLES AUNTS AND GRANDFATHER IN CANADA (ONTARIO)

Employment requirements mentioned under NOC are not considered for FSW migration.
In your case u will get points for a bachelor degree and based on ur exp u qualify to apply under FSW category.
