Qualification for Express entry

Hi all.
I got 3 years diploma in hotel management from India. Plus i got professional cookery level 5, national diploma in business level 6 and diploma in business level 7 from new Zealand which they consider as a graduate diploma in nz. I'm not sure which option i should select for CRS score calculator? Is it " two or more certificates or diplomas"? And one more thing, does hotel management and business management consider as a sister fields in canada? Like people from both fields can work in restaurants or a liquor store.
And for ECA do i need to submit all my diplomas?

You should go through WES ( World Education Services Canada ) to have your certificates evaluated. If not, you will not be able to identify your credit for your education. Since you have many certificates, I suggest that you opt for the highest ones and get them evaluated.
