Qualification date for work and latest degree

Hey everyone
I finished my bachelor studies in July 2017(got the physical copy in September),so regarding the questions about the date of my studies and the date I became qualified for an occupation, I should choose the same date? If so,then should it be July 2017 or September ?

I searched a bit and I am getting still confused. Some say that the day I got my physical copy of my degree should be date that I became qualified.
Any ideas?

I also have same doubt.

I had received my transcript July 2013 and degree certificate is dated 25th March 2014.

Am planning to give date I became qualified for occupation as July 2013 as I was given provisional certificate while waiting for the printed degree certificate.

I went and chose July as the date I finished my studies and September as the date I was qualified because where I live, a physical copy is necessary when applying for a job
