Hi, I am trying to find out, unsuccessfully so far, whether all qualifications are to be assessed. My husband has a Btech degree in Structural Engineering (strictly speaking he is an Engineering Technologist). His qualification is undersigned by the Sydney Accord of which South Africa and Canada are both signatories. The whole idea was so that between signatories, they will know the level of standard of the qualification that is part of this accord. So does he still then need to have his qualification assessed?
