QSW - Work Certificates

Hi,

I'm REALLY confused about some things regarding my application. I'd appreciate any input!

For the QSW program, what documents are required to provide employment proof? I have experience letters but they do not mention working hours and only the job title is mentioned. There is no job description either since these are temporary contracts. Would this be sufficient? Is it necessary to provide the offer letters as well?

I'm in a horrible state of confusion. This might make me sound like someone who is keen on switching jobs again and again, but hear me out and feel free to give me advice. I'm not sure what to do. Here is my situation:

Because I couldn't find a job after graduating, I accepted an internship in company A for 3 months. I resigned after 1.5 months because I got another 6-month job offer from company B for more than double my previous pay. I then resigned a month later to accept a permanent job offer from company C. This was the first permanent job offer I received after over a year of graduating so I seized the opportunity, not willing to risk future job security. I resigned from this permanent job 20 working days later because the company was unethical in their dealings with their clients. Without getting into the details, I'll just say that clients were lied to and psychologically manipulated. I really didn't support this and resigned, and went back to company B but to a different department. I ended up working in company B for a year after that.

Now I do not hold an experience letter from company C because frankly, I don't want anything to do with that company. I resigned and never bothered with them again. I have removed this company from my CV as well because I do not want to be associated with them. I am not interested in defaming them and I avoid mentioning that I ever worked for them because I don't want to be asked why I left. I am confused as to whether I should include this in my application or not.

So I'm guessing I have to write a cover letter explaining why certain details are not mentioned in the offer letters/experience letters. Should I also explain my reasons for resigning? Should I mention the unethical company in the application form and then explain in the cover letter that I was in a moral dilemma there and chose to resign and sever ties with the company, thus I do not have an experience letter? Or can I just omit the unethical company altogether?

Sorry for such a long post. To make it easier, I'll summarize my questions:
1. Is an experience letter enough or is the offer letter also required?
2. Should I explain my reasons for resigning from my jobs? I find this might be required if I send the offer letter since contract dates are mentioned and I resigned before the end of the contract. If the offer letter is not required to be sent, I can simply explain job details and working hours in the cover letter, as the experience letter only mentions the dates I was actually employed.
3. If I do not have an experience letter since the company is unable to provide it, do I need to provide the offer letter? Again this would show that I have resigned from a job. Or can I simply state in the cover letter that the company is unable to provide an experience letter?
4. Can I choose to omit work experience, such as in the case of the unethical company I was in?

I'm just worried that if my application gets through and I am asked in the interview, I will have to explain it all. If I omit company C, I don't want there to be a situation where the interviewer asks me why it's not written in my application. Very confused. I'd love to hear any feedback or opinions.

Thanks in advance

1. This is what is required, you need to submit document/documents that provide the following information (e.g, job letters, contracts, etc, etc). You need to provide any/all official letters/documents that will provide the following information:

For each job declared in the Application for Selection Certificate:
• Work certificate or attestation
Each work certificate or attestation must contain the following elements:
– The exact period of your employment at the company
– The number of hours worked per week
– The positions that you have held and the period during which you held each
position
– The principal tasks and duties of each position
– The signature of your immediate supervisor or the company’s personnel
representative along with his name written in block letters
– The date of the signature

2., 3. I really don't think immigration cares about why you left your job (the HR Manager at your new job will care though)

4. You need to account for your employment history. I think the QSW officers are interested in the dates, they need/want to know what have been doing since you were 18 years, If you don't think it is applicable to your application then I guess it's up to you to decide.
