QSW June 2016 Mon projet quebec - help plz

Hi guys

I registered an account in mon projet quebec for csq, I was supposed to submit my application by 18th Jan 2016,
the fact is that by that date , am eligible for the selection, but ineligible by the new date of june 2016 ( because of age : lost 2 points).

Can I claim that the submission should have been done on the 1st date (Jan-2016 whitch makes me eligible) since the postponing was the Gouvernement of Quebec FAULT ( internet server problems ) ?

I know this is a little tricky , but I have to fight back.

PLZ suggest help , thank you guys

You can try but I doubt you may be able to win that claim.

Temporary Quebec Resident OR Skilled workers with LMIA approved offer can submit application before June

Were you temporary quebec resident OR had LMIA approved offer around 18th Jan? If Yes , then has their been any change in your status that's preventing you from submitting application before June ?
