I got Request For medicals and passport on September 4th 2013. Waiting for the Decision. Please update regarding the time taken regarding this.

Interview on Nov 18 2012
CSQ received on May 27 2013
File sent to Nova Scotia on May 28th 2013
Nova Scotia to NDVO ( New Delhi Visa Office) file Transfer 02 August 2013
AOR received from NDVO with Medical and passport request with Landing fee on Sep 4th 2013
Medical and passport sent and DD of Landing fee to NDVO on Sep 10th 2013.

Awaiting for further, may I know what is the next step and how much time it will take

I just found this thread, would have been nice if I found this sooner. You look like a very early applicant. Can you tell me if your process is now finished?
