Qorax,Seniors:wrong date of birth after landing,plse help

Hi all,
After landing and applying for the health card, I received a letter from the Ministry of Health telling that the date of birth recorded by the ministry from my confirmation of permanent residence is not the same as the information in Citizenship and Immigration Canada's records. They asked me to provide a photocopy or a scanned copy of the front and back of my most recent immigration document. I checked the date of birth written in the COPR and I found it just the same as my passport i,e the correct one. My question: what kind of most recent immigration document can I provide. Something like what. I left all photocopies of our documents in my home country and I only brought our passports with the COPR papers. Can you please guide me?

Relax, it isn't an alarming situation... many get that... I got it too [for my spouse]... send them a copy of the COPR & that'd be the end of it.

Thank you Qorax for your reply.I sent them a both sided copy of my COPR and a scanned copy of my ID pages of my passport and the letter I received from the minisrty of health and I put my own cover letter but i was surprised to receive all what I sent for them and a letter also telling me to send them (2 personal indetification pieces: translated and certifed) and the original of my COPR and to fill in the form of Amendment of landing. I went in person and asked immigration in Canada and the guy there told me that the date of birth on my COPR is correct but electronically it is wrong.I started gathering the documents needed which is making me suffer since I have to send to my family in my home country to send me some documents.Now I feel afraid of sending the original of my COPR. If I lose it then I won't have any document that shows my status here especially that I haven't received my PR card yet.
Can you please advise me of what to do.

Why don't you make a copy of your COPR and notarize/certify it before sending them the original?

I really don't know what to do. Do you think they will accept this? They put the word original in bold type in their letter.
