Lol, am not insane, but this is a fact, I am sure there must be very good ACCA institutes, colleges and Uni's in India, u r in UK and must be on student visa, it is also UK student visa requirement to go back to your country after completion of course, but you are not going back to your country, u r going to Canada, please answer my few question (Canadian visa officer will have these question in his/er mind) when did u start this course? and when did u arrive UK for the first time? and why you want to transfer your course to Canada? you can transfer it to India too.

pls answer the above questions
adroit, he is not applying for student visa infact his brother is applying and his brother is in india right now. i think he is also in india right now and applying for canadian immigration from india.

i have a kind of same question ... my younger brother is also applying from india for his masters and we are struggling to show ties to the home country.

one of our huddles is that, I (his only sister) is a permanent resident in canada but lives and works in US and got my PR with AEO ... now this might make VO little suspicious... humm

but on the other hand, our father has a big business in india and my brother(his only son) has a closed factory\industry on his name which he would like to run one day ... these are the only ties we could show till now.

we are seeking opinion from lot of lawyers in canada and US as well and would like thoughts of anyone else who knows a little about it

Yes. He is 22 and just completed is BE
i don't see any problem for him as you mentioned you have got big business in india so easy for you to show finances plus his degree is strong and his M.S course must be good. your ties are enough.

just go for it i don't think he will face any problems

Hi thanks,
I live in Uk and recently got my canadian immigration. Im moving to canada end of this month.

He's my brother. He is also in UK and studying at UK college. But that college has given him option to migrate his same course ACCA to their toronto campus. Course would remain same. college would remain same. just campus would change

Now he needs to satisfy Canadian Visa Officer in London that He'll return to his home country to obtain visa

Thanks everybody who replied
plz. guide me a little bit more

hi tomdick!

congrats on getting prr. i see no problem if your brother is already in uk and moving to canada and even college campus is the same. i tell you buddy this is just formality in visa forms that they ask you to tell them that you would return to your country after completing studies.

from uk it should be lot easier to get student visa and i see no reason why he won't get canada student visa.

one more thing like i said they asked why he would return to his home land. this is different from letter of motivation / statement of purpose.

i have already given my version and you can even search google for more lines if you want to add..

good luck and thanks
