QORAX/PMM/LEON... need advise

My PR card picture rejected therefore have to present new set of picture by first week JUN 11 as mentioned in letter (RED) but it seems i will not be able to make trip to Canada in order to provide picture's in due time therefore will have to apply for new PR card application as I read on this forum as old application will get cancelled, I will appreciate if you can confirm in how many days/week/month I should expect the PR card delivery based on NEW PR APPLICATION

At http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-card.asp it looks like they have added some staff to handle these applications. It was taking up to 9 months a while ago and now it says their processing time is down to 84 days or under 3 months.
