Regarding visa office requirements. If spouse has 2 previous divorces, do we send 3 marriage certiciates, 2 divorce certificates? Or just last marriage and last divorce ? Please advise its confusing. Thanks ,

IDENTITY AND CIVIL STATUS DOCUMENTS

•Birth, marriage, final divorce, annulment or separation certificates for you and your spouse or common-law partner

Marriage Certificate:
Only One. The current one... Yours & your spouse's Nuptial Documentation.

Divorce Certificate:
Debatable. Technically speaking only the last one suffices. 'coz, if there were no previous Legal Divorces, how could s/he wed again... to u. The only requirement is to prove that your (current) marriage is legally administered. I would send only one, the premarital to me one, if it was my case.

However, there's no harm in sending the older 2, if u want to. However, I'd avoid... to save from unnecessary complexities, intimate questioning, if the VO so desired.
