Kindly give your valuble information.

Myself and my wife are planning to land toronto by july end or aug. We are not taking our kid (5 yr old son) initially first.

My sister is also through with her visa and is in the final stage (stamping) and they are planning to land by dec 2012 or jan 2013.

Is it possible to bring my child with my sister.whether he will be allowed with them, whether they will face any problem in airport by vo etc etc.

No issues, no problems. Just ensure that:

1. He, ur son, carries his docs [pps+COPR],
2. Both of u [the parents] provide an 'authorization letter' to ur sis, to 'permit' her to bring ur son into Canada,
3. Send a copy of ur PR cards to ur sis [u should have it by then],
4. They [ur sis] should have ur contact nos. & Canadian address [the BSO may try contacting u],
5. It's wise that u be present at the a/port [I'm sure u would though!].
