Hi all,

I vividly remember that as of last year, we didn't need to send our work experience letters, police clearance, transcripts, proof of relationships ,etc. to CIO in Nova Scotia Canada. We only needed to print out the application forms, bank draft for application fees and IELTS test result.
Can someone please help me? Has the process changed? My brother wants to apply, he is mailing his application to CIO (Nova scotia) on tuesday. He is NOT including the proof of funds, proof of relative, Work experience letter. Will this be a problem? Does he need to include all these documents now? Where can I find the information about the new process on the cic website please?

Sure he can send his application, it will be refused and returned, but he can still send it. I suggest that he reads the checklists contained in the instructions. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp
