ok so, I applied under FSW JAN2010. my employer helped me to help my fiance come to Canada last year & now we've been living together since NOV2010 (that means we are in a common-law relationship which is more than a year now). The latest Ecas status of my application is, IN PROCESS with the extra sentence "We have started processing your application 30NOV2010" NOW MY QUESTIONS ARE;

1) should I include her in my application as a common-law partner or spouse (if we decide to get married) NOW?

or

2) should I just wait til my application gets approved (God willing) then we get married & apply her as my spouse?

*btw, we dont have any document that shows we are in a common-law relationship that shows one full year(joint bank accounts etc.) aside from a lease agreement. but from what i know is the owner of the basement that were renting isnt a registered lessor. its just a house & we are renting their basement. thay dont have a permit.

any input on this will be a BIG HELP FOR US

Hi flip,

According my opinion it would be better for you to wait till you get the PR. If you include your CL-partner now, your current 'in process' status may perhaps continue for a very long time far beyond your expectation.

Moreover, according to your note, the proof of relation what you could provide is not strong enough.
