Q9b. Ques regarding the Date your Visa Status Expired ?

To Elaborate, i had the W-1 visa and then I also got the IM-1 Visa, as my W-1 was coming to an end. Then I got my PR card.
So on my "Date your Status Expired", would that be the date I got my PR card, or the date that is mentioned on the Visa Document?
