i have a question about current country or territory of residence (section7 in form 5257 application for visitor visa) I'm living in UAE since 12 years as worker and my residency permit is renewed every 2 years. what is the date (from-to) i should mention in application?

The from-to of your current resident permit. You can establish that you are in UAE for 12 years based on your employment history and on the travel history category attach a copy of your past and present work permits/residence permit.
