Q.9.E in application form

I have IELTS as language proof OF English. and my wife has CLB as a poof, so what should we do, leave boxes unchecked, check no or write in the form beside boxes (N/A).

I contacted call center thrice. And each time they said to write N/A with pen

Yes, on same paper. They told me it is allowed.

I called CIC and they told me the same.....I am so confused they should be clear in these points

yes but it is different case. Q.9.E is check box yes or no, there is no space inside the box to write N/A... I am wondering if it is ok to write outside the box

CLB score alone is not a proof though!! A LINC certificate stating that the training has led to a satisfactory score of 4.5 (I think)
is accepted but not a 12.0 score on CLB! Beware!
