Q 19 – ADDRESS HISTORY: Your address history for the past five (5) years or if you became a permanent resident less than five (5) years ago, your address history since becoming a permanent resident.
Instruction guide says:
Your Address History: You must list all your residential addresses for the past five (5) years, or since becoming a permanent resident if less than five (5) years ago. You must account for each month in this period.
I was away on vacation for 7 days outside of Canada; while I continue to hold the residence (obviously) in Canada. Should I list this as a 3 separate line items with <Canada address, then vacation address, then Canada address> or would it be one line item with Canada address.
I am listing this vacation under Q 21 as an absence, fyi. There is no suppression of fact; just that I need to be sure I am doing the right thing.
Appreciate your advise very much. Thx.
