Guys, i need your help .
Q 15 a) If you are between 18 and 54 years of age, Do you have proof of knowledge of English or French
i will select "YES" and i am going to attach my undergraduate/graduate degree with the application. I noticed another question down below and not sure what i need to answer
Did you successfully complete the LINC or CLIC courses at CLB 4/NCLC 4 or higher from January 1 2008 to October 31 2012?"
Do i need to say "NO" and explain to CIC in a separate letter i am attaching my degree as a proof ?
Any help much appreciated
