This question is little bit confused but i want to double confirm with you guys.
My scenario.
i lived in Australia before come to canada as a PR but i didn't visit back to Australia after i landed Based on the examples provided by CIC i don't need to provide another police certificate from Australia, is that correct ? (i did submit one when i applied PR though).
- Landed in Toronto on the 14th of Jan 2017 (didn't travel anywhere after that)
- Left OZ on 10th Jan 2017 (Spent couple of days in FRA)
Example 1
You lived in OZ for one year (365 days) before you became a permanent resident 3 years ago. You did not travel to OZ after you became a permanent resident. You would answer “Yes” to the question and you would need to provide a police certificate from OZ if you did not provide one with your immigration application. If you provided a police certificate from OZ with your immigration application, tell us this in the box provided at Question 10b.
