PWGP is pending and SOWP application query

Hello, on January 6, 2022, I applied for my PGWP.
It's still in the works, and I've been allowed a temporary work visa until May 6, 2022; my present study permit will expire on March 30,2022.



On March 30, 2022, my spouse's open work permit expires.
On February 14,2022, I got a job on NOC B.
On March 20, 2022, I'll get my third paystub.
I learned that a spouse OWP extension must be applied for 30 days before the current status expires.


Should I apply my spouse's OWP extension after receiving my third paystub, or should I submit it with only one paystub to comply 30 days prior submission?

We're in similar situation. We plan to file once we receive the 3rd paystub by end of March but would like to hear others input as well.

30days minimum requirement is to assist to have it processed before it expires, but with current processing time, it is unlikely to happen. I would apply with 1st paystub, and upload via webform additional paystubs later. However, you can chose to do either of above options.

Apply once you have 3 pay stubs. Make sure you apply before the OWP expires.
