Putting a Valid Job Offer Letter

Hi Everyone,

I would just like to ask if the employer doesn't give us the job letter for whatever reason with the proper formatting, can we just put everything to add what the IRCC is asking from us?
I mean, these are the following which I've done:

1.) Printed a copy of the job offer, but without the number of hours and job and responsibilities indicated there. It's just basically the terms and conditions between you and company, and the benefits you get after probation.
2.) Took a screenshot of the job duties and responsibilities from there website and printed it, and it mentioned there that I accepted the job offer, as they were going digital in terms of signing contracts. Here mentions the hours - 40 hours a week, job duties and responsibilities - somehow around 60% maybe considered as NOC B - technical sales.

I'm not sure if I am able to get the letter from them because I'm just under probation but I needed to leave the company because of personal matters.

Your feedback is helpful!

Thanks.
