Put master degree in EE application or not?

Hi all,
When I applied for study permit to Canada, I didn't say anything about my master degree (because I wanted to study post-graduate certificate so I thought it could affect the visa application). Now, I wanted to apply for EE, should I put my master degree in the application? It could make the score higher but I'm afraid of they will think of it as fraud.
Have anyone experience this case? Any advice for my case?

You should add the masters degree to your EE application for additional points. Don't worry about your past study permit.
