About two weeks ago, my OCI was sent via Purolator, but they’ve lost the package. Despite multiple attempts to resolve it, I’ve gotten nowhere:

  • I escalated to BLS management (escalation matrix )with no response from them.
  • Reached out to the Indian Consulate but no reply from them too.
  • Called BLS multiple times with no answer.
  • Went to BLS in person, and they told me to submit an online ticket, which is still pending.
  • Purolator keeps directing me to BLS, but they’re not responding either.

It’s been over a month with no progress. Has anyone faced this issue? Any advice on how to proceed?

How did you find out they lost it

Perhaps OP phoned BLS about not yet received the package and BLS replied that the package might have been lost. I would reapply and make sure I would collect it in person if that option is available.
