There are some threads on PTU but none of them talks about the "online request" procedure.
Has anyone used this process to get their DMCs attested for WES evaluation. My main question is that do we still need to organize NOC from our college or it is not required with the online process.
If someone can please share/document the online process (which has no need of visiting any college and can be done from outside India), it will be great.
