PSAC Strike Over?

Just called IRCC and got straight through to waiting. ETA 20 mins. Let's see what the agent says about the strike.
Agent stated all IRCC operations "back to normal" as of this morning.

I'd be surprised if they cancel any more ceremonies beyond what they already canceled. Rescheduling the canceled ones should be top priority but if the calendar was already full or near full, it could be weeks or months. Ultimately, and sadly, those who had ceremonies within the last two weeks were the ones screwed.
