I want to share my story here so others can be made aware and not make this mistake.
My case was just rejected tonight, due to incomplete application (failed completeness check). The problem was the notarization of my Common Law declaration. The notary public only put the steel seal on there lacking a black ink stamp. This caused CIC to believe that the document was not properly notarized. If anyone notarized any documents within Canada, please double check your file to make sure that my unfortunate does not happen to you.
Has already submitted a new EE expecting ITA this Wednesday. Good luck to myself
