Hello,
1: I received my COPR on March 3, I initiated but changed my mind on PRTD. Will this affect my PR card being mailed? I can’t remove it from the portal- states, initiated.
2: I cannot link my COPR to the ircc portal to check status, does this need to be done,for them to send my PR?

Any help please on information.

I'm confused. Did you receive COPR from outside of Canada? If so, did you land in Canada already? If you got COPR from inside Canada then why did you attempt to get PRTD?

FWIW I never bothered to link my anything in portal but still got my PR card in the mail.
