My wife just received her PRTD and now I want to travel with her too to Canada.

What types of visa application I can apply for? (TRV or what?)

Insufficient information. What status do you have in Canada? Are you a PR or not? What is your purpose for traveling to Canada? Where are you from / what passport do you hold?

Me and my wife is from Pakistan. She just received PRTD. We are currently in Pakistan. On the basis of her PRTD, can I travel with her to Canada? If yes, then what application I should submit?

No - you cannot travel to Canada on the basis of her PRTD. You need to obtain a TRV to travel to Canada. You'll want to show you have strong ties to your home country in order to be approved. Since your wife has PR, CIC may be concerned you have plans on remaining in Canada long term and refuse your application.
