PRTD residency obligation for under 5 years

For PRs under 5 years need to provide 2 pieces of docs such as bank statements.
Does it means that I have to provide bank statements of all 24 months or just first and 24th month is enough. Not clear on this please help.
Bcoz attaching 24 months will make the file size much bigger I guess.

Also I do not have 2nd piece of docs showing my residency obligation. What can I do in this case.

Also I have an cit application in progress, do I need to mention this in my PRTD application.
Please your help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.
