Prtd query

I have recently become a pr(octobre) and my pr card hasnt been sent to my home address in canada yet.
Then travelled to germany ten days later to visit my family and am since in germany.
I wanna apply for a prtd.

Since i havent been a resident for 5 years they ask you to show that you will be able to meet the residency obligation in respect to the 5 year period.


How do i prove to them i will be able to meet the RO.
I do have an address in canada but no job or job offer currently
