Hello Everyone,
I entered Canada with my COPR on August 10th and immediately traveled back to my home country. My PR card photos didn't meet the requirements, likely because they were over a year old. I planned to return to Canada by the end of September, but since I need to resubmit the photos, my PR card likely won't arrive in time.
I submitted a non-urgent PRTD request on August 27th, but it's still in "submitted" status. I provided proof of funds, a Canadian address, and evidence that I have 4 years and 50 weeks left to meet my residency obligations.
I have a couple of questions:

I have a couple of questions:
- Am I following the correct procedure by applying for a PRTD, or should I have resubmitted the photos from my home country?
- Does anyone know the current processing time for non-urgent PRTD requests for passport submission? I hope to return to Canada by the end of September to begin my job search.
