Observing threads, I see many people left their countries without PR card, especially those ones who are waiting for their PR card from Etobicoke office. Let's have this thread for PRTD discussions as there are not enough information about this process on the Internet.
We can have discussions around it, but if you applied and got one, described:
- Country where applied from
- Are you currently employed with Canadian business?
- Do you meet Residency Obligation?
- If you don't meet Residency Obligation, how do you prove that you will live 730 days in the next 5 years in Canada
- How long did it take for you to get PRTD approved/rejected
- If rejected - the reason of rejection
- If rejected - what are your next steps to prove your permanent residency status over the next 60 days given
