PRTD HELP SUPER URGENT

Hello,
I applied for PRTD under H&C grounds. They took my passport and its been almost 3 months now. Can I ask for my passport and apply for a UK student visa and then return my passport? I am doing this because if the canadian embassy rejected my PRTD or didn't respond in time I still have a university in the UK to go to.

At least can i ask for my passport and travel to jordan and then come back and return it? Plus can anyone send me the link for case enquiry in Saudi Arabia?

PLEASE PLEASE ANYONE? Can I ask for my passport and apply for ielts without the process being stopped?

dude don't take your passport back, the application is withdrawn then I asked the VFS here. And you need your passport for your IELTS?:s Don't you have any other official ID?

Here they said its not withdrawn.. almost 105 days now

How long did you stay in Canada? It may take more time for PRTD under H&C?

I was in Canada last in 2003, PR card expired on 2008, applied under H&C being removed as a minor, turned 19 just a few days ago if that matters? Exactly 31 working days for me now :/ Applied on April 28th.My reasons imo were quite strong as my brother stays there and is a PR resident and he's my next of kin after my parents who will shift back to Bangladesh after my dad's retirement, and going back to Bangladesh isn't an option for me as I've been born and raised here and don't even know the language there plus the state of the country with political conflict atm isn't a good option for me to go live there. I had mentioned all this in the letter and stated I would require a PRTD valid if possible till the first week of July as I have exams till the end of June and will not be able to leave. Now I'm worried if I have given too many reasons which don't sound believable enough and get rejected :/ Just getting tensed as other people who applied from here have gotten their PRTD's within this time :/

The problem i told them I'm traveling on mid august so I'm scared they'll take there time and give it back very late. I need to know the answer before 18 august or i have to withdraw my application
