Hi,
I am traveling to India on Dec 1 for 5 weeks and looking at the current timelines I dont think I will get my PR Card before that.

1. What's the current processing time for PRTD in India?
2. Can we apply for PRTD before leaving Canada and submit passport once we reach India?

I'm in a similar boat - have eCOPR but need to travel and not sure if I'd get my PR card in time.

Unfortunately you can not apply for PRTD while residing in Canada, PRTD needs to be applied from outside Canada
