Did soft landing and PR card is in Canada right now. Would still take some months for me to wrap up and move there. What is duration of PRTD visa? Is it multi-entry? Should I apply for it now itself or should I do it only when I go? Will there be any issues if I apply only when I go - like will there be questions why I didn't apply earlier and all?
