what shall i write in risks if i return back home in PRRA application? i dont have any risks there...i just wanna wait here for inland sponsorship and be with my husband...im not a refugee

i actually didnt even know u could apply for a prra if u werent a refugee.

what did ur lawyer say about that?

but if u leave and get an exclusion order, you will either have to wait 1 year to apply to come back when the exclusion order is done.

or if u apply to come back before the order is done, u will need to apply for an arc,

I just had a girl go through mexico city, her husband was on an exclusion order, and he had to apply for an arc, and he was approved.
