provisional degree

hii,i am a new member for this site,i hv a query.i hv done m.sc in biotechnology,and now i want to aplly for this year but whn i went to my consultant he said that ur case might get rejected on provisional degree as i dont hv the orignal one coz university of rajasthan is nt providing orignal degrees since 2003, so my question is that,if i can apply on provisional degree and get through or cances of rejection r there???????plz guide me

It is very strange. However, get an official letter from university that they do not issue original degrees and send that along with provisional degree.
