my partner is a Canadian citizen, his sister is a Canadian citizen, but I don't know what proof to provide that they are siblings, as neither their passports nor their birth certificates show their parents names. How else can I show proof that they are related? Why don't Canadian birth certificates or passports show parent names! Their mom doesn't know of any documents that show them as her children... help!!!
