Hello,

I am applying under CEC, however I did claim points for one year of experience back home.

The issue is that I was paid cash, and over there we do not have any type of income tax. I currently have an employment reference letter and monthly pay slips signed/stamped by the company's accountant and myself. Is that enough proof of foreign employment?

Please advise.

Are you saying that your country did not have any personal income tax , than yes you can put slips and employment letter.
Plus employment letter should include some reference where IRCC can check the details in case of doubts.
I have seen people including bank statements tying back to salary slips but you can submit letter of explanation just in case it’s requested

it doesn´t matter how were you paid, as long as the employment reference letter meets all the requirements + payslips you should be ok
