Hi,

I see that there are few PNP started and open for invitation for those having valid EE profile.
Can someone help me understand the application process i.e. say for eg.
For SINP: If I want to apply here, (first step) do I need all my documents (including PCC, funds, ECA, etc) scanned and then only apply?
please note that I have all the documents except PCC (which I will initiate soon), but want to understand if not having all scanned copy at this moment restrict me to express interest to certain PNPs or I can initiate the application and parallely collate the documents?

You don't need PCC for PNPs but you need all the other documents including ECA, work reference letters, POF etc. I believe most PNPs, if not all of them, are still on the paper-based application route so you'll have to send hard copies along with the application.

Only CIC has moved to a full online system.
