I submitted an application (on paper) for a provincial nominee work permit as I have a job offer, nomination from OINP and have submitted eAPR. It has come back as rejected as there wasn't evidence that I was LMIA exempt.

I have just started a new online application, and it asks me to upload the exact documents I sent with my paper application.

What counts as 'evidence' of being LMIA exempt? Surely the nomination certificate is this evidence?

Hi,

did your employer process the LMIA Exempt offer in the employer portal? the process goes like this: get PNP nomination, get support letter from province, with the nomination certificate and the support letter, employer process a LMIA-Exempt job offer and once approved, you can go ahead and apply for a work permit with the offer of employment number from your employer, proof they paid the compliance fee, nomination, support letter and other relevant docs.

hope this helps.
